We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive at your door fresh and delicious. Our shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and we offer free shipping on orders over $35 (before tax and shipping).

We want you and your furry friend(s) to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cute Newt Baking Company. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your product(s) to arrange for a credit. Unfortunately, because these are intended to be gobbled up by the original furry recipient(s), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or partially eaten treats.

We have one more thing to "tail" you: While we do our best to package our treats with the same care we take in baking them, sometimes our treats get a bit jostled around in shipping and may get broken. If this happens and the packaging is still intact, our return and exchange policy does not apply.
